Who I Am and What I Do
My Journey
I became interested in becoming a massage therapist because I am a kinesthetic type of person who had always given massages to my mother and grandmother. I always knew I enjoyed working with people on a daily basis. Now after having over a decade of experience under my belt, I could not have imagined the immense joy I get from being able to help people every day. I am truly blessed to be a massage therapist and help people feel better in their bodies every day. To show a client a stretch that helps relieve pain and soreness. To work out a knot that has been limiting one's range of motion. All these things help my clients to feel better, and it feels great to be able to help them.
I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue massage, connective tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, hot stone therapy, kinesthetic awareness through movement, cupping and especially stretching.
I am a graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY and also hold a Bachelor’s Degree from Binghamton University in Biology. I am a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (AMBP).
As part of my practice and philosophy, I strive to both educate and heal my patients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives. If you need a positive, energetic and caring Massage Therapist, please don’t hesitate to reach out to find out how I can help you restore and revitalize yourself.
